Kinney Engineering was established in 1999 as
a sole proprietorship. In 2006, Kinney
Engineering became a LLC and added owners.
Since then, the company has expanded and now
includes eight Professional Engineers, two Engineers in Training, and two technicians. Our staff is highly qualified and widely
respected in the Civil Engineering sub-disciplines of traffic engineering,
accident & safety analysis, hydrology, hydraulics, design, and project
management.
